CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Amp’d - A mixture of cardiovascular activity and strength training for a full body workout.

Barre Balance -  Program designed with ballet, yoga, and Pilates on suspension barres that will help lengthen your muscles and also helps increase your balance by maximizing use of your core.

Barre Fusion – Blends basic ballet barre principles with core strengthening and stretching techniques of yoga

Butts & Guts - 30 minutes of all glute and core engaging exercises!

Core & Conditioning   -   Half hour of high intensity maneuvers designated to specifically target and engage core muscles groups. Next half hour is aerobic exercises and resistance training to promote fat loss, increase muscular strength, and improve overall physical stature

Dance2Fitness - Choreographed routines that combines all genres of music with fitness driven movements. This class creates an energetic environment guaranteed to burn fat, tone muscles, and get you fit. 

Fight Club - A full body workout punching and kicking heavy bags that provides great cardio conditioning.  (Gloves required - available at the front desk)

Fit & Flex - Barbell weight training working all the major muscles, choreographed to burn fat and create lean muscle.

Fit! Bootcamp - A military style training focusing on strength, cardio, and power!

Fit! Cycle - Indoor group cycling, windy sprints and climbs, all the while adding resistance to your own level!

Fit! 50+ Classes - Designed for the actively ageing adult, but open to everyone! Get a full body workout that gives you the aerobic, strength/resistance, balance, and flexibility training in an easy to follow and low impact environment!

Just Lift - Focuses on one body part per week to engage your muscular endurance throughout an extended program.

No Limits - Athletic based cardio/strength training circuit workout that is set up in a variety of different stations. 

Pilates - A system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body.  A blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

Red Velvet Yoga (QueenaX) - A fun suspension yoga utilizing your core to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen your body while performing traditional yoga poses "in the air".

Simply Stretch & Core   -   Improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture through yoga and Pilates inspired stretches and exercises

Strong by Zumba - A combination of high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation! In every class, the music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits!

Tabata Boxing - High intensity cardio interval training with a heavy bag using a tabata timer (generally 20, seconds on followed by 10 seconds of rest).

TRX - Military style training that works in a small group setting performing exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, and core utilizing your own body weight via the TRX suspension system on the Queenax.

XFit-   A full body workout focusing on strength and conditioning utilizing interval training!

Zenergy - The perfect mix of Yoga and Pilates.

Zen & Chi - A mind and body class designed to relax the mind as you gain flexibility throughout your body.

Zumba - High energy dance class with Latin inspired moves designed to give a full body workout and melt away the pounds
